Production Associates

Our client, manufacturing facility is seeking Production Associates to join their team. As a Production Associates, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn new skills—qualities that align successfully in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Title: Production Associates

Location: Sterrett, AL

Pay Range: $16.00/hour during training; $17.00/hour upon successful completion of training and advancement into a Machine Operator position

Shifts available:

• 1st shift - Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd shift - Monday - Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM

What's the Job?

• Train to become a Machine Operator over a 30+ day training period
• Move and handle large wood materials throughout the production process
• Use hand tools, as needed to support production
• Read and accurately use a tape measure to follow production specifications
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while learning machine operation procedures

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, moving, and handling heavy wood products
• Comfort and accuracy when reading a tape measure
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow into a Machine Operator position
• Commitment to workplace safety and following safety policies
