Production Helper

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a Production Helper III - US to join their team. As a Production Helper III - US, you will be part of the Rework Product team supporting quality inspection and product reprocessing. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Helper III - US

Location: New Lenox, IL

Pay Rate: $22.10

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Inspect products for quality defects and verify compliance with company standards.
• Sort and separate acceptable product from defective or damaged product.
• Rework, repackage, or relabel product as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and quality expectations throughout the shift.

What's Needed?

• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience in a high-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs., navigate stairs, stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
