Production Laborers 1ST Shift

Our client is seeking a Production Laborers 1ST Shift to join their team in Allenwood, PA. As a Production Laborers 1ST Shift, you will be part of a fast-paced production environment supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong attendance record, a positive attitude, and a sense of urgency to help keep products moving from packaging to palletizing.

Job Title: Production Laborers 1ST Shift

Location: Allenwood, PA

Pay Range:  $20/hour

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Put product in boxes and prepare them for packaging.
• Run boxes through an automated taping device to seal them securely.
• Stack finished boxes on a pallet in an organized, efficient manner.
• Maintain a steady pace to support production flow and meet daily output needs.
• Follow site rules and safety expectations while working on the production line.

What's Needed?

• Reliable attendance and the ability to show up ready to work on schedule.
• A positive attitude and a strong sense of urgency in a production setting.
• Steel or composite toe boots with anti-slip soles required.
• Ability to follow appearance and safety requirements (no jewelry, including nose rings; no artificial fingernails; no nail polish).
• Successful completion of required screening: 4-panel oral drug test and a 7-year criminal background check.
