Looking for a steady 2nd shift or 3rd shift opportunity with a leading employer? Our client is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Inserter Operators to join their production team in Hazelwood, MO. This role offers hands-on training, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Operate and monitor advanced inserting equipment manufactured by Pitney Bowes and Bluecrest
  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot inserting machines
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy of mailed materials
  • Remove damaged or defective products from production
  • Stage completed materials for warehouse pickup
  • Adapt to changing production demands and priorities

What We're Looking For

✅ Experience using computers for data entry

✅ Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

✅ Basic math skills

✅ Ability to stand for most of the shift (up to 95%)

✅ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. without assistance

✅ Ability to frequently bend, squat, kneel, climb, and reach overhead
