Production Operator

Our client, a manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Equipment Operator to join their production team. As a Production Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating production machinery to produce quality products according to specifications and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a focus on quality, and a commitment to safe work practices, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Production Equipment Operator
Location: Poestenkill, NY
Pay Range: $18 up to $22 per hour

Available Positions and Schedules:
• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM – Port Packaging
• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM – Sorting Rework 
• 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM – Hand Foiling

What’s the Job?

• Safely and efficiently operate production machinery.
• Produce quality products according to specifications and customer requirements.
• After training, operate assembly machines, slicing equipment, or packaging processes as assigned.
• Monitor product quality and maintain close attention to detail throughout the production process.
• Follow all established safety procedures and maintain safe work habits.
