Our client, Industrial manufacturing is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the drive to learn and improve—skills that will help you succeed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Title: Production Worker
Location: Grand Haven, MI
Pay Range: $15
Shift: 6:10 AM - 2:30 PM (Mandatory Overtime Every Other Weekend)
What's the Job?
- Operate cutting equipment and machinery used in the production process
- Load and unload materials for cutting and processing
- Inspect materials and finished components to ensure they meet quality standards
- Monitor equipment performance and report any concerns
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
What's Needed?
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
