We’re actively hiring Multiple Production Team Members—so if you’re motivated and ready to work, this is your opportunity.
Take on a critical role in keeping production running efficiently:
- Clean, inspect, and maintain production equipment and components.
- Assist with machine changeovers, installations, and setup.
- Operate overhead cranes safely and effectively.
- Monitor product quality and collect production data.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and support continuous improvement.
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces (5S standards).
- Follow all safety, PPE, and environmental guidelines
- You’ll play a hands-on role in maintaining quality and keeping operations moving.
- Other duties as assigned.
Must-Have:
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand tools
- Ability to work in a production environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team
Preferred:
- Manufacturing or equipment-related experience
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to learn quickly and complete training successfully
