Available Position
Production Worker
Pay: $15.00 – $15.50 per hour
Shifts:
- Day Shift: 5:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (2-2-3 schedule)
Job Summary
Production Workers support the debunk and inspection areas by stacking and wiping work-in-process (WIP) trays, managing scrap materials, assisting with packing, and helping maintain a clean, efficient production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Stack, wipe, and organize trays on dollies
- Remove scrap materials safely and efficiently
- Assist with packing finished products
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Prior production or manufacturing experience required
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends
