Production Workers

Our client is seeking a Production Workers to join their 2nd shift team. As a Production Workers, you will be part of the Production team supporting Manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to follow instructions accurately, and a steady work pace that supports timely production.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Workers

Location: Monticello, IN

Pay: $17.50

Shift: 2:30p - 11p

What's the Job?

• Grind springs by loading machines in a safe and timely fashion.
• Follow established production procedures to keep work moving efficiently.
• Maintain attention to detail while operating within assigned tasks.
• Support a clean and organized work area to promote safe operations.
• Work consistently across scheduled days to meet production needs.

What's Needed?

• High School/GED.
• Ability to learn and follow job instructions and safety expectations.
• Willingness to work on MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI schedule.
• Comfort with hands-on production work in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliability and a focus on completing tasks safely and on time.
