Our client is seeking Extrusion Operators & Material Handlers to join their team. As an Extrusion Operator or a Material Handler, you will be part of the production operations supporting manufacturing and shipping readiness. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, comfort working in a hands-on environment, and the ability to follow procedures consistently which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Extrusion Operator or Material Handler

Location: Easton, PA

Pay Range:

Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Opportunities

What's the Job?

Extrusion Operator

  • Operate extrusion equipment as an Extrusion Operator, supporting production needs across assigned shifts.
  • Use basic math skills and apply measurements accurately during setup and production tasks.
  • Perform PVC cutting using hand tools when required for production.
Material Handler
  • Assist as a Material Handler by packing products and preparing items for shipment.
  • Support smooth workflow by staying organized, following work instructions, and maintaining readiness for the next production step.

What's Needed for Extrusion Operator?

  • Basic math skills and experience working with measurements.
  • Extrusion Operator experience with PVC cutting using hand tools 
  • Extrusion experience is a plus.
What's Needed for Material Handler?
  • Material Handler experience packing products and readying for shipment.
