Reach Truck Operator

Our client, a distribution and logistics organization, is seeking a Warehouse Operations to join their team. As a Warehouse Operations, you will be part of the Distribution Center team supporting day-to-day order fulfillment and safe material handling. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment, and the drive to deliver results while following established procedures.

Job Title: Warehouse Operations

Location: Plainfield, IN

Pay Range: $19.50

Shift: Evenings (2:45pm - 11:15pm) 

What's the Job?

• Process customer orders by scanning bar codes, picking pallets, and labeling pallets accurately.
• Process orders using RF technology with a focus on preventing damage to products.
• Report discrepancies between inventory counts and shipping/receiving documents.
• Locate and retrieve products and replenish picking locations as needed to keep orders moving.
• Maintain compliance with attendance policies, training requirements, and assigned SOP expectations.

What's Needed?

• Must be able to work OT as needed, including Saturdays.
• 1 year of experience with material handling equipment; required equipment is a Reach Truck.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents and operate MHE while using an RF scanner.
• Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills with strong initiative and good verbal communication.
