Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking dedicated professionals to join their team as Sandblasters & Powder Coaters. As a vital part of the industrial operations, you will support the team in maintaining high-quality standards and efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a solid understanding of the production systems, which will enable you to succeed and grow within the organization.

Job Title: Sandblasters & Powder Coaters

Location: Monticello, IN

Pay Range: $16 - $20

Shift: 1st Shift 7a - 3p
           2nd Shift 3p - 11p
           3rd Shift 11p - 7a

What's the Job?

• Operate powder coating equipment and sandblasting machinery to prepare and finish products
• Use measuring tools to ensure precise application and adherence to specifications
• Maintain safety standards and ensure a clean, organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial coating or sandblasting roles
• Proficiency with measuring tools and understanding of electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Successful completion of a drug test (6-panel oral) and an enhanced background check
