Our client, Light Industrial Manufacturing is seeking a US - Assembler - Level 1 - Lifting 10-15lbs or less no machine operation to join their team. As a US - Assembler - Level 1 - Lifting 10-15lbs or less no machine operation, you will be part of the production floor supporting hands-on assembly, quality checks, and production support. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the drive to learn and improve which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
Shift: 1st Shift - 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
What's the Job?
- Assemble fabricated parts and components at assigned workstations using established procedures.
- Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to ensure compliance with product specifications and tolerance requirements.
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to detailed instructions.
- Identify units that do not meet quality or testing standards and perform necessary repairs or corrections.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Apprenticeship and/or formal training in a related specialty area may be required.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines with close supervision.
