What's the Job?
- Perform skilled electrical assembly work to produce quality electrical switchgear in a timely manner.
- Complete assigned tasks using verbal and/or written instructions, drawings, blueprints, schematics, or other manufacturing information.
- Maintain expected job progress in your assigned area and communicate problem areas or parts shortages promptly.
- Inspect and test finished products to ensure conformance with specifications and applicable codes.
- Follow good housekeeping and safety procedures, including 5S+ responsibilities, to keep tools and work areas clean and orderly.
What's Needed?
- Reside within 50 miles of Wilsonville, OR in order to be considered (Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation).
- Authorization to work in the United States without Company Sponsorship.
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Experience in electrical assembly or a manufacturing setting preferred.
- Comfort using manufacturing tools and equipment, including manual/electric/pneumatic tools, drill press, press brake, measuring and testing equipment, and prescribed safety equipment (fork truck, jib crane, template/fixtures, hand carts, and storage/packaging materials are also helpful).
