Looking for a steady 1st shift opportunity with a growing manufacturing company? We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Shipping Associate to join our team in Conover, NC.
Job Responsibilities:
- Hand-load finished products onto trucks for shipment
- Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Organize and stage materials for shipping
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Work closely with the shipping and warehouse teams to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move products throughout the shift
- Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work
- Strong attendance and dependability
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
