Warehouse Associate

Our client, transportation and logistics solutions provider, is seeking  Warehouse Sorting & Scanning Associates  to join their team. As a Sorting & Scanning Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting daily package processing goals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, dependable work habits, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Canton, MI

Pay Range: $19.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:30 PM - 4:00 AM

What's the Job?

• Sort small package shipments and jiffy packages according to designated routes and locations.
• Scan packages using handheld scanning equipment to ensure accurate tracking and processing.
• Verify package information and maintain accuracy throughout the sorting process.
• Organize packages within assigned work areas to support efficient warehouse operations.
• Follow established warehouse procedures, productivity standards, and safety policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand for the majority of the shift and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality to meet daily processing goals.
• Comfort working the assigned overnight schedule.
• Previous warehouse, sorting, scanning, production, or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
