Warehouse Packer

Our client, a leading manufacturing and distribution company, is seeking several Warehouse Packers to join their team.  As a Warehouse Packer, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting order fulfillment and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Packers

Location: Hopewell Junction, NY

Pay Range: $20.00/hr

Shifts:

1st Shift- 6:00am-2:45pm- Monday-Friday
2nd Shift- 3:00pm -1:45am- Monday - Thursday
 

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, and monitor automated or manual equipment to sharpen, hone, and finish knives and blades to specified standards.
• Set up machinery, load and unload workpieces, and perform quality control checks to ensure sharpness and precision.
• Handle knives and blades, including scanning, inventory checking, and placing items into trays for processing.
• Prepare finished products for shipping, ensuring proper cleaning and packaging.
• Maintain safety and production protocols while working efficiently in a team environment.

What's Needed?

• Basic experience in shipping/receiving, order picking, or industrial packing is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear provided PPE.
• Availability to work the specified shift from Monday to Thursday.
