Pay Rate: $70,000-$85,000/year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:50am-3:10pm
Assignment Length: Direct Hire / Permanent

Typical Daily Duties:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of welders and production employees
• Support daily operations while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Coordinate workflow, staffing, and production priorities to meet customer demands
• Conduct employee training, performance evaluations, and workforce development activities
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with reporting, operational planning, and process improvement projects

What We're Looking For:

• Five years of TIG welding experience and 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment 
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with manufacturing operations, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives preferred
• Ability to work in both office and production environments, including occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/manufacturing experience preferred
