Location: WEST BURLINGT, IA

Pay Range: $15

Shift: first 

What's the Job?

• Assemble wire harness components by following detailed work instructions, diagrams, and quality requirements.
• Prepare, route, and connect wires and terminals to ensure correct fit, alignment, and secure assembly.
• Inspect assembled harnesses for defects and verify workmanship meets established standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Support production goals by completing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently while meeting expectations.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, including diagrams and written procedures.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure correct connections, routing, and workmanship quality.
• Comfort working in a hands-on manufacturing environment with consistent focus and repeatable tasks.
• Basic understanding of quality checks and the importance of catching issues early.
• Reliable attendance and a commitment to safety and process compliance.
