Yard Driver - Decal Installer

Our client is seeking a Yard Driver-Decal Installer to join their team. As a Driver-Installer, you will be part of the Operations team supporting field installation activities. The ideal candidate will have strong driving focus, reliable time management, and a safety-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Driver-Installer

Location: Monon, IN

Pay Range: $34000 - $39000

Shift: 5a - 1:30p (3:30p if working OT)

What's the Job?

• Drive to job sites approximately 80% of the time as part of daily field operations.
• Install graphics and related materials accurately and efficiently at customer locations.
• Follow job instructions and installation procedures to ensure quality results.
• Maintain a safe driving and work environment while traveling and on-site.
• Coordinate with the team to support smooth scheduling and weekly billing requirements.

What's Needed?

• Driving experience with a strong commitment to safe, responsible operation.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a driver/installer or similar field role.
• Ability to complete installations with attention to detail and consistency.
• Dependability and time management skills to meet job-site expectations.
• Comfort working in the field and traveling as required by the role.
