1st and 2nd Shift Production associates

Our client, an industry leader in wood manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing General Labor to join their team. As a Manufacturing General Labor, you will be part of the industrial department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing General Labor

Location: Pelham, AL

Pay Range:

Shifts Available: 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

What's the Job?

• Operate and assist with wood manufacturing equipment
• Assemble, sand, cut, and finish wood products
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Inspect products for quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What's Needed?

• Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

What's in it for me?

• Starting pay of $15.00 per hour
• $1.00 per hour pay increase after 30 days based on attendance and performance
