Our client, an industry leader in metal finishing and manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift - Grinder/Finisher to join their team. As a Grinder/Finisher, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: 1st Shift - Grinder/Finisher
Location: Spring Lake, MI
Pay Range:
Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
What's the Job?
- Polish and buff metal components to achieve required surface finishes
- Inspect parts for scratches, defects, and finish quality
- Operate polishing wheels, grinders, sanders, and related finishing equipment
- Follow work instructions, specifications, and quality standards
- Handle and move materials safely throughout the production process
What's Needed?
- Verbal Communication skills
- Experience with Polishing and Metal Working
- Ability to operate machines such as grinders and sanders
- Attention to detail and quality standards
- Willingness to work in a team environment
