Our client, industry-leading manufacturing is seeking a 2nd Machine Operator II to join their team. As a 2nd Machine Operator II, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: 2nd Machine Operator II
Location: Marinette, WI
Pay Range: $22.66
Shift: 1:30 pm - 9:30 pm
What's the Job?
- Operate and perform basic setups on metal fabricating machines with minimal supervision
- Fabricate, cut, shape, and drill metal workpieces to meet specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and shop orders
- Ensure safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and support continuous production
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 2 years of experience in machine operation or related field
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents in English
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
