Assembler

Our client, a leading manufacturing and remanufacturing company, is seeking an Assembler I to join their team. As an Assembler I, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the E Reman Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler I
Location: Indianapolis, IN 
Pay Range: $18.00 hour

What's the Job?

• Disassemble, clean, inspect, assemble, and test mechatronic products following established work instructions.
• Operate multiple assembly stations and utilize hand tools, air tools, torque wrenches, hoists, and hydraulic presses.
• Perform quality inspections before and after assembly to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain production goals, safety standards, and a clean, organized workspace.
• Support continuous improvement efforts, preventative maintenance, and overtime requirements as needed.

What's Needed?

• Manufacturing experience required 
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, or assembly equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Steel toe safety shoes required and willingness to work in a hands on, physically demanding environment.
