Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in electrical and mechanical systems, is seeking a dedicated Assembler II to join their team. As an Assembler II, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting assembly and wiring operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Assembler II
Location: Imperial, PA
Pay Range: $28.03
Shift: 7am - 3:30pm EST, Monday - Friday
What's the Job?
- Adhere to all safety processes and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assemble components onto panels and into enclosures following mechanical layout and assembly drawings with zero deficiencies.
- Produce and install wiring onto components per electrical schematics following predefined guidelines and work standards with zero deficiencies.
- Provide ideas for process improvements and implement approved changes in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
What's Needed?
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Maintenance, or related discipline from an accredited college or university, or minimum 2 years of related industry experience.
- Experience with panel assembly and wiring.
- Ability to perform wire checks and quality inspections during the assembly process.
- Capability to maintain production schedules and target budgets.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
