Manpower is currently seeking an Electrical-Mechanical Assembler - 2nd Shift for a manufacturing company in Fort Collins, CO. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on assembly work and has experience working with both electrical and mechanical components. You'll play an important role in building quality products while expanding your technical skills in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Assemble electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and bills of materials (BOMs)
  • Perform wiring, cable routing, crimping, and soldering tasks
  • Conduct functional testing and basic troubleshooting
  • Complete production and quality documentation
  • Identify and communicate quality or process concerns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to support production goals

What do you bring?

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical certification or vocational training
  • Electronics, mechatronics, or related technical background
  • Experience in ISO or lean manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with multimeters and testing equipment
  • IPC soldering certification or equivalent soldering experience

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Frequent use of hands and tools throughout the day
  • Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds as needed
  • Strong visual attention to detail for assembly and inspection work
