Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (based on shift)

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday-Friday plus OT as needed
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Monday-Friday plus OT as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Assemble components and finished products according to specifications
• Follow production schedules and meet quality standards
• Inspect parts and products for defects and report any issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies
• Accurately complete production documentation and records
• Support team goals and assist in other production-related duties as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Ability to work assigned shift and maintain reliable attendance
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required
