Assembler

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and electronics, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join their team. 6-month contract. As an Assembler, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the assembly and testing of electronic circuits and components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Lockport, NY

Pay Range: $18- $24 depending on experience

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm with some overtime

What's the Job?

• Perform various production assembly tasks following ISO practices
• Maintain fixturing, perform calibration, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of circuits and components
• Document test results accurately and efficiently
• Set up calibration, testing, and troubleshoot circuits and components
• Ensure quality standards are met through detailed inspection and testing

What's Needed?

• Associate Degree in Electronics or equivalent qualification
• Completion of the AE technician test
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Proficiency in soldering and mechanical assembly
• Basic knowledge of SAP or similar systems
