Assembler

Our client, an industry-focused manufacturing team, is seeking an Assembler to join their operation in Jersey Village, TX. As an Assembler, you’ll be part of the production team supporting daily build activities. If you enjoy hands-on work, following detailed instructions, and taking pride in producing quality results, this role is a great fit. The ideal candidate will bring a strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn and follow procedures, and the ability to work effectively with written and verbal direction.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Jersey Village, TX

Pay Range: $1

Shift: 2nd shift temp role (2:30 PM–11 PM); first two weeks on day shift for training (6 AM–2:30 PM)

What's the Job?

• Assemble products according to customer needs by following blueprints and other written and verbal specifications.
• Create a clear plan for assembly procedures using the specifications provided and knowledge gained through experience.
• Perform skilled assembly tasks that require more training and experience than entry-level bench assembly roles.
• Follow established work instructions to support consistent, accurate production output.
• Maintain focus and reliability during shift work to help keep production moving.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and follow blueprints, written instructions, and verbal directions.
• Willingness to learn assembly procedures and apply feedback to improve performance.
• Comfort working in a skilled assembly environment with increasing responsibility over time.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure builds match specifications.
• Dependability and readiness to work the assigned shift schedule, including training on first shift for the first two weeks.
