Assembler

Our client, an industrial manufacturing environment, is seeking a motivated Assembler to join their team in Chetek, WI. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and a can-do attitude that helps you succeed in a fast-paced, quality-focused setting.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Chetek, WI

Pay Range: $19.58 - $20.58

Shift: 1st shift 6am - 2pm; 2nd shift 2pm - 10pm

What's the Job?

• Assemble quick release couplings using standard work and work instructions
• Operate all assembly equipment safely and effectively to meet production needs
• Package completed assemblies for shipment while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Verify the function of the product to ensure it meets required standards
• Participate in continuous improvement opportunities and help implement them using A3 and 3 legged 5 why tools

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good dexterity and the ability to perform visual inspection with care
• Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with a motivated, can-do attitude
