Assembly Helper

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking an Assembly Helper to join their team. As an Assembly Helper, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Helper

Location: LAKE CHARLES, LA

Pay Range: $15

Shift: 1:00 - 9 :30

What's the Job?

• Assemble parts, components, and products using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly procedures accurately.
• Inspect products for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain production quotas and meet daily performance goals.
• Package finished products for shipment or storage.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Good organizational skills and ability to keep work areas clean and safe.
• Effective communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
