Assembly Helper

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Assembly Helpers to join our production team. This role requires working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, performing repetitive tasks, lifting materials, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Candidates must be comfortable standing for extended periods and meeting daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to company standards and specifications.
• Perform repetitive lifting of materials and components weighing 5 to 25 lbs.
• Stand and work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Inspect products for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain production quotas and meet daily performance expectations.
• Package finished products for shipment or storage.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry 5 to 25 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
