Pay Rate: 1st shift $21/hr; Weekend shift $24.15
Shift: 1st shift: Monday - Thursday 7AM - 5:30PM (Possible Mandatory OT on Fridays & Saturdays)
Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday 6AM -6:30 PM

We are seeking assembly technicians to join the team in Newark, DE. This role is essential to our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet high standards of quality and efficiency. The assembly technician will report to manufacturing supervisor and work fully on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced assembly of products according to specifications and instructions
- Select materials from kit carts for standard work
- Inspect completed work using designated equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices
- Operate various machines and hand tools
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged standing and repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Must wear PPE
- May require wearing a respirator or passing a fit test
Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and hand tool experience
- Understanding of manufacturing products and equipment preferred
- Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
