Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Temp Assembly Associate to join their growing team in Burlington, WA. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to roll up your sleeves, we'd love to connect with you!
Position Details
Job Title: Temp Assembly Associate
Location: Burlington, WA
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Enjoy three-day weekends with potential overtime opportunities on select Fridays.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are exactly the same! You'll play an important role in bringing industrial products to life by:
Assembling and fabricating components into finished products
Performing mechanical assembly and basic electrical wiring
Testing, inspecting, and ensuring products meet quality standards
Kitting, packaging, and preparing products for shipment
Following production schedules, procedures, and safety guidelines
Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and efficient
Working alongside a great team to meet production goals and improve processes
What Makes You a Great Fit?
You don't need to know everything—we're looking for someone with the right attitude and skills:
Mechanical aptitude and good hand-eye coordination
Experience using basic hand and power tools
Manufacturing experience is a plus (but not required)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
