Our client, a growing company in the electrical panel building and automation industry, is seeking entry level assemblers to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on foundational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly

Location: Wadsworth

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 8am - 4pm

What's the Job?

• Perform entry level electrical assembly tasks with precision and care
• Utilize hand tools to assemble components accurately
• Follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
• Maintain organized workstations to ensure efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; entry-level position
• Familiarity with hand tools is a plus
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
