Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Assembly to join their team. As a Assembly, you will be part of the LPG/LED supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a focus on quality, and the drive to learn and improve—aligning successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly

Location: Asheville, NC

Pay Range: $20.5

Shift: Days 

What's the Job?

  • Follows all safety procedures and performs duties using required safety equipment according to company policies and practices.
  • Reviews work orders for product specifications and requirements before beginning assembly.
  • Visually inspects components and completed units during assembly to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Selects, assembles, and installs parts, sub-assemblies, and electrical components in the proper sequence to meet specifications.
  • Uses hand tools and equipment (including drill, rivet gun, saw, hy-pot tester, hacksaw, and drill press) to complete assembly processes and meet quality standards.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Beginner computer skills or willingness to learn.
  • 1-2 year manufacturing experience with demonstrated product assembly.
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and handle bulky parts as part of daily work.
