Assembly & Machine Operator

Our client, is seeking a Assembly & Machine Operator to join their team. As a Assembly & Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing team supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a focus on quality, and the drive to meet productivity goals, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly & Machine Operator

Location: Jackson, MO

Pay Range: $19

Shift: Monday - Friday 7a-3:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Operate rotary index tables, drill presses, air drivers, and metal stamping equipment.
• Perform assembly work according to production specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect parts and finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with material handling and movement of products as needed, and collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

What's Needed?

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
