Assistant Conversion Operator

Our client, manufacturing operations is seeking a Assistant Conversion Operator to join their team. As a Assistant Conversion Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting line operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a focus on quality, and the drive to troubleshoot and improve performance—skills that will help you contribute to smooth, efficient production.

Job Title: Assistant Conversion Operator

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay Range: $20.75

Shift: 3rd Shift - 11PM-7AM

What's the Job?

• Aid the lead Operator in optimizing the machinery and troubleshooting to keep production running effectively
• Complete preventive maintenance to help maintain consistent performance and reduce downtime
• Support general housekeeping of the area to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Wear required PPE and follow all safety expectations without exception
• Maintain strict attention to the Sealed Air Safety Program and assist with other duties as assigned

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions with consistent attention to detail
• Willingness to support quality control checks and help maintain the quality of material produced
• Comfort learning machine adjustments and assisting with gauge settings that control machine speed
• Basic mechanical aptitude and readiness to assist with troubleshooting under the direction of the lead Operator
• Reliability and a team-first mindset to support line operations during the night shift
