Our client, the food production industry, is seeking a Bakery Production Assistant to join their team. As a Bakery Production Assistant, you will be part of the bakery operations supporting the production crew. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Bakery Production Assistant
Location: Blaine, WA
Pay Range:$19.00/hr
Shift: 4:00pm-2:30am (October only) then 4:00 pm to 12:30am , Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Assist in mixing doughs and batters for cakes, cookies, and cheesecakes
- Decorate baked goods with icing, toppings, and packaging flair
- Label and box finished products for shipment
- Help restock ingredients and prep stations for the next shift
- Receive cross-training in various bakery roles to expand your skills
What's Needed?
- A team-first attitude and good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and rotate through different bakery tasks
- Dependable attendance and a positive, can-do mindset
- No prior baking experience required, full training provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
