Our client, Industrial Manufacturing is seeking a production helper to join their team. As a production helper, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Assembly Team(s). The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the drive to produce quality work consistently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Helper

Location: Greenville, AL

Pay Range: $12

Shift: day and night

What's the Job?

• Assemble components and subassemblies by accurately aligning and connecting parts.
• Inspect and test completed products or subassemblies to identify defects or functional issues.
• Calibrate and clean tools, ensuring machinery runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Record part counts, log test results, and manage materials to minimize waste.
• Follow strict industry safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy during assembly and testing.
• Willingness to inspect work carefully and report issues when defects or functional problems are found.
• Comfort working with tools and equipment while keeping them calibrated and clean.
• Basic understanding of safe work practices and readiness to consistently use required PPE.
• Reliability in completing documentation such as part counts and test result logs.
