CNC Operator

Our client, located in Middleburg Heights, is seeking a CNC Operator to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day fabrication and quality-focused output. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the drive to learn and improve with each production run—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Operator

Location: Middleburg Heights, OH

Pay Range: $19-$20 per hour

Shift: 2:30pm - 11pm; training on 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate parts
• Load parts into the machine, start/cycle the machine, and monitor operations 
• Use hand tools to deburr, de-gate, or polish parts as needed
• Communicate with coworkers to support smooth handoffs and consistent output.
• Inspect and package finished parts

What's Needed?

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow work orders, drawings, and router steps to produce parts to specification.
• Comfort working with CNC equipment and performing basic monitoring to identify issues during operation.
• Willingness to use hand tools for finishing tasks such as deburring, de-gating, or polishing.
• Strong safety habits and attention to detail to support quality and accurate stamp-off operations.
