CNC Programmer 1st shift

Our client, ALTOUSA is seeking a CNC Programmer 1st shift to join their team. As a CNC Programmer 1st shift, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day machining operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with machines, setup, and programming, the ability to work with g-code and CAM workflows, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Job Title: CNC Programmer 1st shift

Location: Turbotsville, PA

Pay Range: $30-38/hour

Shift: 1st shift (7A-3:30P)

What's the Job?

• Program and support CNC machine setup and operation using established processes and on-the-fly adjustments as needed.
• Work with g-code and CAM workflows to create or refine machining programs for production requirements.
• Perform machine setup and ensure programs run correctly, making adjustments when changes are required.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent output and follow shop expectations for quality and documentation.
• Complete required pre-employment steps, including a written test prior to hire and a background check.

What's Needed?

• Experience with machines, setup, and programming.
• On-the-fly problem solving and the ability to adapt programs during production.
• CAM experience is a plus (CAMFanuc and Haas G-code Master experience is a plus but not required).
• Ability to pass a written test prior to hire.
• Willingness to follow safety and compliance requirements, including PPE and required screening.
