CNC Programmer 2nd shift

Our client in advanced manufacturing is seeking a CNC Programmer 2nd shift to join their team. As a CNC Programmer 2nd shift, you will be part of the production operations group, supporting day-to-day machining needs. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on machine experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn and follow established programming and setup processes—aligning successfully in a fast-paced shop environment.

Job Title: CNC Programmer 2nd shift

Location: Turbotsville, PA

Pay Range: 30-38/hour

Shift: 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM)

What's the Job?

• Program and support CNC machine setup and machining operations using established procedures and on-the-fly adjustments as needed.
• Work with machine programs and make updates during production to keep parts running correctly and efficiently.
• Use CNC programming knowledge to support production goals while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot issues and keep work moving during the shift.
• Complete required pre-employment steps, including a written test prior to hire.

What's Needed?

• Experience with machines, setup, and programming.
• CAM experience is a plus (including Haas G-code Master / CAMFanuc), but not required.
• Ability to pass a written test prior to hire.
• Willingness to follow safety and workplace expectations, including PPE requirements.
• Ability to meet background check requirements (standard 7-year background check).
