Consumables Supervisor

Our client is seeking a Consumables Supervisor to join their team. As a Consumables Supervisor, you will be part of the Consumables Department supporting the Consumables Attendants. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a detail-focused mindset, and the drive to keep production areas consistently supplied—so the operation runs smoothly every shift.

Pay Range: $25

Shift:
Morning 545am - 615pm
Nights 5:45PM- 6:15AM
 

What's the Job?

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Consumables Department, ensuring cleaning, laundering, inventory, and supply distribution are completed efficiently and in compliance with company standards.
• Monitor daily staffing levels and assign work priorities to keep workflows on track.
• Train, coach, and support Consumables Attendants on procedures, best practices, and quality expectations.
• Oversee laundering, folding, sorting, and distribution of smocks, hoods, and garments while maintaining accurate garment counts and inventory tracking.
• Ensure production areas remain adequately supplied by replenishing consumables (hairnets, face masks, shoe covers, wipes, water jugs, cups, and related supplies), coordinating deliveries across the facility, and maintaining housekeeping and organization standards.

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
• Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, laundry, inventory control, warehouse, facilities, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize work and keep teams aligned.
• Experience with inventory management and cycle counting preferred.
• Ability to walk 3–5 miles per shift and lift, push, pull, and carry up to 30 lbs; basic computer skills with inventory tracking systems preferred.
