Food Production Laborer

Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a Food Production Laborer to join their team. As a Food Production Laborer, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Food Production Laborer

Location: Dearborn Heights, MI

Pay Range: 16.00

Shift: 7AM-3:30PM or until finish

• Perform labor tasks within and around the plant to support production activities
• Assist in the preparation and packaging of food products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
• Support team members to meet production goals efficiently

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks
