General Labor - Light

Our client, a manufacturing and warehouse operations team, is seeking a Production Worker to join their company. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the production support group, helping keep daily workflows moving smoothly. If you’re someone who takes pride in careful work, stays reliable during shift demands, and enjoys hands-on tasks, this role can be a great fit. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, a dependable work ethic, and a willingness to learn new processes—skills that will help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: General Labor - Light

Location: Springfield, OR

Pay Range: $21.40 - $22.50/hr

Shift: 12 hour shifts - day and night available

What's the Job?

• Support manufacturing or warehouse operations by performing light general labor tasks
• Sort, inspect, and check products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Assemble smaller products using hand tools as needed
• Follow work instructions and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Handle occasional lifting of weights not in excess of 25 lbs.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Comfort with occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. and standing or moving during shifts
• Basic familiarity with using hand tools for light assembly tasks
• Strong attention to detail when sorting, inspecting, and checking products
• Reliable attendance and willingness to follow safety and process guidelines
