Position Details

📍 Location: Murfreesboro, TN
🕒 Shifts Available: 2nd  3p-11p
💲 Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and monitor manufacturing machinery to meet production goals
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
• Identify and report equipment issues while performing basic troubleshooting when needed
• Accurately complete production records and required documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Work collaboratively with team members to support efficient production operations

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience 
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude
