Our client, a warehouse and logistics company, is seeking a Lumper to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the warehouse operations department supporting loading and unloading teams. The ideal candidate will have reliability, physical stamina, and teamwork which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:Lumper
Location: Puyallup, WA
Pay Range:$23.50/hour
Schedule: M- F 6am - 2:30pm
What’s the Job?
- Unload product from trucks and stage materials in the warehouse
- Load product onto trailers for delivery
- Perform general lumper duties including stacking and staging inventory
- Assist with maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Follow safety protocols and support overall warehouse operations
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely and repeatedly
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing tasks
- Previous warehouse or unloading experience preferred
- Starting wage of $23.50/hour
- Monday – Friday schedule (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
- Temp-to-perm working interview with opportunity for long-term employment
