General Laborer

Our client, an established production and processing operation, is seeking a General Laborer to join their team in Elk Rapids, MI. As a General Laborer, you’ll support multiple production areas based on operational needs, working closely with the line supervisor, managers, and teammates to keep work moving smoothly and safely.

Job Title: General Laborer

Location: Elk Rapids, MI

Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience

Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

• Sort product and support production tasks as assigned.
• Assist in the Quality Lab as a Quality Lab Assistant.
• Operate production machinery such as fillers, closing machines, and can-pushing equipment.
• Break down boxes and keep work areas organized.
• Sweep/squeegee floors and support labeling or production line activities.

What's Needed?

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• The ability to sit, stand, and walk daily. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• A team-first mindset and willingness to help others across production areas.
• Previous production experience preferred but not required.
