A local furniture manufacturer is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician / General Facilities Associate to assist with the upkeep and appearance of its facility. This position is ideal for someone with handyman experience who enjoys a variety of projects and takes pride in their work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interior and exterior painting
• General repair work
• Basic facility maintenance and upkeep
• Minor carpentry, patching, and touch-up work
• Replacing fixtures and completing small maintenance projects
• Assisting with building appearance and organization
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous handyman, maintenance, construction, or facilities experience preferred
• Experience with painting and basic repairs
• Ability to use common hand and power tools safely
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work independently
